Our Hiring Process:
Application Review: We will assess your application against our job requirements. At Demand Upsurge, we do not use machine learning technologies in this phase because we believe every candidate deserves attention from a human being. Our seasoned recruiting professionals recognize that every individual is unique, and we are committed to providing your candidacy with a fair and thorough evaluation.
Video Interview: If your application meets our criteria, we may invite you to submit a video interview for the hiring manager's review. This video interview is typically followed by a test or short project that helps us determine if you're a good fit for our team.
In-Person Interview: Next, you’ll be invited to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note that we do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, or similar platforms. We believe in the importance of personal connections, so we never hire anyone without meeting face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will have the opportunity to participate in a live meeting where you can engage with our Demand Upsurge team.
Decision Time: If you remain excited about joining Demand Upsurge and we feel the same about you, we will discuss your offer. We ensure that you have the chance to speak with us live before any offer is made, as we consider our team members family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.
