What You'll Do:

Drive consultative sales of Demand Upsurge’s B2B product suite, focused on innovative solutions for marketers.

Achieve and exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Develop methods to promote and accelerate the achievement of sales goals within the designated region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts, focusing on new business acquisition, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to drive favorable outcomes.

Manage a dynamic pipeline of prospects to consistently exceed annual sales targets.

Serve as a trusted digital marketing advisor, using industry best practices to support clients’ revenue objectives.

Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new clients.

Partner with internal teams to drive overall client success and satisfaction.

Perform other responsibilities as needed to support growth and client success.
Your Profile/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven success in B2B sales, especially within large enterprise accounts.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual targets above $2 million USD.

5+ years of experience in selling B2B digital marketing solutions to marketing executives.

Familiarity with Demand Upsurge and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.

Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to effectively communicate Demand Upsurge’s unique capabilities.

Consultative sales approach with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
